STITCH ME DEADLY

The second mystery in Amanda Lee’s embroidery mystery series is STITCH ME DEADLY. Another great read. I finished it the night before last but didn’t post as I was too busy starting the third in the series. Marcy is visited at her shop, The Seven Year Stitch,  by an elderly lady with an antique sampler looking for ivy. Before Marcy can find out if ivy is a thread color or a person named Ivy, the woman takes violently ill and dies. The autopsy shows she was killed by a medicine that a police search discovers in a drawer at Marcy’s house – left behind when her mother had visited. Marcy has to dig into the past to find the answer in the present, aided by the sampler and her friends. This is a very enjoyable cozy series. ♥♥♥♥♥ http://www.amazon.com/Stitch-Me-Deadly-Embroidery-Mystery/dp/0451232518/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1358009242&sr=8-1&keywords=stitch+me+deadly
